Dispute Mediation

People’s Corner (PC) Mediation is a must for families dealing with separation, estate or money disputes. We help people preserve relationships and deal with difficult/emotional issues, while working out settlements that work for you! Our PC Mediators are experienced lawyers who provide insight into your legal rights and the strengths of your case, and offer suggestions for settlement, including for child care arrangements, property/ support issues, and available resources for your family.

Our sessions are informal, widely available, and designed to get people talking without delay or excessive legal costs. Parties can attend mediation sessions alone or with lawyers.

Our Mediation Sessions also meet the new mediation prerequisite for families involved in court proceedings.
