At all times, we are governed by and will act in the Donor’s best interests
We can be appointed by the Donor to act as Power of Attorney either:
a) Immediately ( Enduring Power of Attorney); or
b) Upon a medical diagnosis of incompetency by Donor (Springing Power of Attorney)
We can be appointed to have either:
a) “full” Power of Attorney authority over all property or personal care matters; or
b) “limited” Power of Attorney authority to deal with only specific property or personal care matters
We also offer Power of Attorney services to assist the Donor’s appointed Attorney/Proxy, including for a limited time (ie. emergency or respite services) or task (ie. to clean out and sell the Donor’s home upon admission into care home)
