The People’s Corner Court (PC Court)   is an arbitration process where people can argue their case and get a fast, inexpensive, and binding decision.

PC Court Judges are experienced lawyers with extensive knowledge in family, civil, and estate litigation. They understand the law, and that it is important for you to be heard and deal with legal issues quickly and fairly.

How  PC Court  works:

• Both parties agree to use PC Court processes (terms outlined in advance)
• Both parties know and agree to the fee in advance (no surprises!)
• Both parties bring their evidence in advance and have time to prepare
• Parties can get in quickly for PC Court dates (many slots available)
• PC Court trials are tailored to your case and schedule (flexible and accessible)
• Parties present their case
• Your PC Court Judge applies the law and provides you with a binding decision
• Parties can be self-represented or bring lawyers
• PC Court decisions can be confirmed in agreements or Orders ( we prepare at your request)

PC Court is ideally suited for resolving money-related matters including: 

• Contract disputes;
• Will & Estates disputes over monies;
• Family property issues;
• Child support claims (income determination, arrears, and ongoing);
• Special expense claims
• Support reviews and recalculations.

Can be used to settle all issues or only specific issues (in conjunction with mediation).
