About POA Services
At all times, we are governed by and will act in the Donor's best interests.
We can be appointed by the Donor to act as Power of Attorney either:
- Immediately; or
- Upon a medical diagnosis of incompetency of the Donor.;
We can be appointed to have either:
- “Full” authority over all property or personal care matters; or;
- “Limited” authority to deal with only specific property or personal care matters.
We also offer Power of Attorney support services and can assist an appointed Attorney/Proxy, including for a limited time (ie. emergency or respite services) or task (ie. to clean out and sell the Donor's home upon admission into care home).
We will provide as much assistance as required and tailor our services to meet your needs.
