• The terms of our Power of Attorney services are agreed upon in advance, along with applicable costs
• We prepare all of the documents to be signed by the Donor or Attorney/Proxy
• When Power of Attorney is signed, Donor or Attorney/ Proxy also contracts for payment/fees
• Fees vary and depend upon the POA services provided and contracted for
• All fees are billed monthly and based upon services provided that month
• For personal care, we access and can consult with medical professionals (as needed) and caucus with family/friends when making decisions
• To avoid conflict, we will NOT work jointly as Power of Attorney and require final decision-making authority
